Returns
We strive to offer the up most customer
satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we offer for sale via this site
an exchange service is not available. Please ensure you choose carefully before
you make your purchase. We are unable to accept products and DVD’s which do not
meet your expectations; We will however replace goods that are found to be
faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect,
then you should return that product to us for replacement. To do so you must
return the defective product within 30 days of purchase.
To return a defective product please
follow these instructions;
Email our Customer Service officer at
customerservice@vibratorcompany.com.au and explain your reasons for
returning such goods. We will then make arrangements for the items to be
returned for examination.
Include return paperwork detailing
the defective issue and the transaction number of the order.
Your product will then be examined,
and if found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
